Information you give us through the inquiry form, the AI chat assistant, or by calling our AI phone line — your name, email, phone, business name, and the project details you share.

Phone calls with our AI assistant are recorded and transcribed; callers are told this at the start of the call.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request logs) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site may store your display preference (light/dark) and, during a chat, your contact details temporarily in your own browser; that stays on your device. Any visit statistics we use are aggregate and cookieless.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, provide the services you request, and follow up. That's it.

Who processes it on our behalf

Service providers we use to run the studio — none of them buy your information from us:

Anthropic (AI chat and voice assistant responses), Vapi (phone call handling), Deepgram (speech transcription and voice), Resend (delivers inquiries to our inbox), Cloudflare (hosting, security, cookieless visit statistics).

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond, do business with you, and meet legal or tax obligations. Ask us to delete them anytime.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your information. We'll respond within 45 days.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

We don't track visitors across websites, so these signals don't change how the site behaves.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16; we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes
